De Winton's golden mole (Cryptochloris wintoni) is a species of mammal in the family Chrysochloridae. It is endemic to South Africa. Its natural habitats are subtropical dry shrubland, Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation, and sandy shores. Following a sighting in 1937, De Winton's golden mole was not observed for over 86 years until its rediscovery in 2023. It is threatened by habitat destruction and is listed by the IUCN, despite the recent sighting, as "critically endangered" and possibly extinct. It was named after British zoologist William Edward de Winton.

La taupe dorée de De Winton est un animal très peu connu, appartenant à la famille des taupes dorées. Présentes en Afrique australe, qui n'abrite pas de taupes vraies, elles ont été classées parmi les 25 espèces, en voie critique d'extinction et portées disparues, les plus recherchées. En 2023, alors qu'on la pensait disparue, une équipe de chercheurs décèle sa présence près de Port Nolloth en Afrique du Sud.
